Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. DO NOT apply if you do not have prior experience as a tow truck driver! That is test #1 !!!!!

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck to assist with roadside breakdowns, accidents, or vehicle relocations
• Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

Experience:

• Commercial driving experience is required
• Knowledge of tow truck operations and mechanical skills are advantageous
• Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
