Job Description
Mission
- Monitor shelves of existing supermarket customers to ensure they are fully stocked.
- Ensure a positive company image and appropriate behavior in dealing with customers and co-workers.
- Comply with established company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities
- Daily visits to existing supermarket customers to take orders to ensure shelves are always fully stocked.
- Continuously monitor to ensure current shelf space size and location is maintained or upgraded.
- Introduce and market new items to existing supermarket customers.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and company procedures.
- Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. Notify supervisor about any repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to communication from headquarter or supervisor regarding any route changes or updates.
- Monitor any changing sales trends or market conditions to supervisor.
- Report any sales or product quality issues to supervisor.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Two (2) plus years of sales experience.
- Valid driver license with clean driving record.
- Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Vietnamese and one of these (Cantonese OR Mandarin OR Teochew) are required.
- Bend and lift loads from 10 lbs. to 30 lbs.
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
