You'll coordinate with dispatch and loaders, support on-site logistics, and work primarily onsite across scheduled day or evening shifts. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate an electric yard spotter to shuttle containers and trailers on private property (no public road driving) Spot trailers to assigned doors and coordinate with dispatch and loaders to maintain throughput Complete pre-inspection checklists on equipment and trailers to ensure safety and readiness Maintain yard cleanliness and remove debris to support a safe working environment Escalate any equipment or trailer safety issues immediately to supervisors Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable yard spotter or hostler experience Valid Class C driver's license (no CDL required) Comfort with coupling, uncoupling, and backing trailers in tight yards Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to pass a written equipment assessment prior to start Ability to pass a hands-on equipment certification with the site trainer on your first day Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge or key fob access Pay Range $20.00 - $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
