NEMT Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Drivers to join our team. Drivers will play a crucial role in transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patients. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of vehicles and equipment, and heavy lifting. Responsibilities Transferring patients from vehicles. Ensure the safe handling during transit. Maintain clear communication with the team regarding route changes, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance. Help in navigating routes efficiently to meet delivery timelines. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Qualifications Experience with costumer service is preferred.

MUST HAVE

5+ years of driving experience. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions and from the team. Ability to adapt to unexpected changes during shift. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for transportation schedules. Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific duties assigned. Have a understanding and compassion for people with disabilities or sick. CPR Certified if not, will to do and get all required certifications Willingness to comply with all the intensive training required.
