The rink aims to promote a welcoming community atmosphere where individuals can enjoy these programs. Tri-Valley Ice takes pride in nurturing talent and promoting a love for ice sports in the Tri Valley area. Role Description This is an hourly, on-site role based in Dublin, CA, for a Zamboni Driver. The Zamboni Driver will be responsible for the maintenance of the ice rink by operating the Zamboni to ensure a high-quality ice surface. Additional responsibilities include routine checks and upkeep of the zamboni and maintaining a clean and safe rink environment. Zamboni drivers need to also be flexible in assisting the skate counter and front office staff with responsibilities when not operating the zamboni. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid California Drivers License Looking for someone to have open availability (9AM-5PM or 5PM-11PM) Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and visitors. Ability to follow directions and report any issues with the zamboni to supervisor. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Previous experience working in an ice rink or similar environment is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$17.90 - $19.00 per hour
