Shred Aware is part of a Humboldt family of local businesses, and we're hiring dependable drivers for steady, full-time work. We provide the vehicle; you bring a clean driving record and a good attitude. This isn't a warehouse job and it isn't gig-app roulette. It's a real job with a real schedule, variety in your day, and a local team behind you. You won't be stuck doing the same thing for eight hours: our drivers handle a mix of work across our businesses, which can include secure document shredding, deliveries, and scheduled passenger routes. We'll match the mix to your fit and interests.

A typical day:

Morning:

Midday:

Afternoon:

a scheduled route (Prefer part-time? We can flex this role to mornings and/or afternoons for the right person.)
