Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class A Truck Driver to transport loads to various locations. This role primarily involves the operation of flatbed trailers for the transportation of various loads of different sizes and weights. The ideal candidate will have experience in securing and hauling flatbed loads and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate semi trucks and various types of trailers to transport loads. Inspect vehicles and equipment for safety and proper functionality before, during, and after transport. Maintain accurate logbooks, records of hours, and documentation for deliveries. Ensure all loads are securely loaded and properly strapped down to prevent damage. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including weight limits and routing restrictions. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding route changes, delays, or any issues. Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues promptly. Handle all equipment with care, adhering to company safety protocols and guidelines. ________________________________________

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating Semi trucks and transporting heavy loads. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for heavy hauling. Ability to read maps and use GPS for route planning, with experience managing oversized load permits and routes. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks related to load securing. Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ________________________________________

Preferred Qualifications:
