In this energetic role, you will operate flatbed tow trucks to safely transport vehicles, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient recovery of disabled or damaged vehicles. Your mechanical aptitude and driving expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering reliable support to our clients. Drivers will start from Granada Hills and end at Granada Hills. Duties Safely operate flatbed tow trucks to load, secure, and transport vehicles, including cars, trucks and vans Load and unload vehicles with precision using appropriate equipment Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively while maintaining safety standards during roadside recoveries Maintain accurate logs of all tow operations, including vehicle details, locations, and any incidents encountered Qualifications Must be minimum 23 years old Clean driving record and experience operating flatbed tow trucks Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics Proficiency in manual transmissions and familiarity with automotive systems such as brakes, engines, and electrical components Experience with tow truck equipment operation, including winches, straps, and loading ramps Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations professionally Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual tasks, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us to make a difference on every call!
