Plant Support Role

Join a team where safety, hard work, and teamwork come first! We're looking for a dependable Plant Support team member who can handle both Class A driving and hands-on industrial labor in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Operate Class A Trucks

• Haul alternative fuel materials between sites using a 53ft trailer. Load/Unload Trailers & Containers
• Safely assist with materials handling and transfer. Perform Industrial Clean-Up
• Maintain clean and safe plant conditions through shoveling, sweeping, and waste removal. General Labor Support
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs (team lifts exceeding 100 lbs). Equipment Handling
• Use brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, pneumatic air tools, and other industrial equipment. Work at Heights & Confined Spaces
• Perform tasks using proper fall protection and respiratory equipment. Daily Inspections
• Complete truck and equipment inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Follow Safety Procedures
• Adhere to MSHA and environmental safety standards at all times. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with plant and driver teams to keep operations running efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record. MSHA Certification (training available through our office). Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, climb, and work in outdoor or industrial environments. Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented work ethic. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions. Industrial, trucking, or plant experience a plus (training provided). Ability to operate a 53ft trailer safely and efficiently.
