This position will operate a 2019 Super 10 Dump Truck. We are looking for an experienced, dependable professional driver who understands dump truck work, takes care of the equipment, and can safely handle local construction and hauling assignments. Compensation Pay is 27%-28% of eligible truck gross revenue, depending on directly relevant experience and qualifications. Actual earnings will vary based on dispatched work, truck revenue, and hours worked. The compensation structure and how eligible truck gross revenue is calculated will be explained before employment is accepted. Equipment 2019 Super 10 Dump Truck Manual transmission Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial CDL driving experience Valid CDL appropriate for the assigned vehicle Current DOT medical qualification Previous Super 10 or directly relevant dump truck experience Manual transmission experience required Must meet company and commercial auto insurance driving-record eligibility requirements Ability to safely perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the reporting location Ability to communicate with dispatch and follow jobsite, plant, DOT, and company safety procedures Responsibilities Safely operate a Super 10 Dump Truck Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Transport materials to and from assigned jobsites, plants, and other locations Follow dispatch instructions and maintain communication throughout the workday Safely operate dump body and related equipment Maintain the truck and cab in clean, professional condition Immediately report mechanical or safety concerns Follow applicable commercial vehicle, company, and jobsite safety requirements Properly complete required tickets, paperwork, and documentation What We Are Looking For We want a driver who already understands dump truck work.
