Crew Leader/Driver

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader/Driver, where you will play a vital role in leading landscaping and maintenance crews to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces. This energetic position combines hands-on landscape work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a key member of our team, you'll motivate others, oversee daily operations, and ensure client satisfaction through expert service and teamwork. Duties Lead and supervise crew members in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture projects to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion Safely operate and drive various landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers to transport tools, materials, and team members to job sites Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maximize productivity and efficiency Perform landscape installation tasks such as planting trees, shrubs, flowers, installing irrigation systems, and constructing landscape features Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all operations Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to address project needs and resolve issues promptly Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments Supervising or leadership experience in a construction or horticultural setting is highly desirable Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening, and general horticulture principles Skilled in operating landscaping machinery and trucks safely and efficiently Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with maintenance procedures for tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction projects Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership drives beautiful outdoor spaces!
