Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery models, to transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for transport or roadside assistance. Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring adherence to safety standards and mechanical guidelines. Familiarity with automotive repair procedures and basic vehicle troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading practices. Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is preferred.
