Commercial A Tanker Driver
POSITION DETAILS
Seeking dedicated full-time drivers to operate vacuum trucks, hauling wastewater from Sacramento and surrounding Counties. As a Field Technician, you will operate Class A tractor/trailers and vacuum trucks. The Field technicians utilize different size hose to extract wastewater, mud and sludge such as sewer, septic, grease and storm water from underground tanks. The waste is then transported to an authorized receiving facility. Duties Pickup truck at facility Perform pre and post trip Pumping, hauling non-hazardous waste to disposal facility Perform visual inspections and report findings to client and/or dispatch Pipeline cleaning using hydro-jetter Pressure wash various tanks Complete electronic work orders, load manifests and daily logs Ensure truck and equipment is neat, organized and clean Wash trucks Able to lift/Carry/pull 65+ Pounds Sit, bend and stand throughout the day Work frequent overtime Requirements Must have 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience Ability to multi task in a busy work environment Ability to maintain effective relationships with fellow employees, customers and vendors Ability to pay attention to detail Must be a self-starter and be effective with no supervision Excellent communication skills
