Competitive pay based on experience Job Overview Star Bright Cleaning & Janitorial Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver / Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role combines transportation and residential cleaning duties. The right candidate will safely drive team members to scheduled job sites and assist in completing high-quality cleaning services. Responsibilities- Drive team members to scheduled cleaning appointments using company routes
- Travel and drive to job sites throughout Marin County
- Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism with clients and coworkers
- Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules or delays
- Help ensure supplies and equipment are ready for each job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift cleaning equipment and stay active throughout the shift
