ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Perris, CA. This is a beginner-friendly position for drivers who already have their CDL-A, with no experience required and no training contract. Drivers run consistent regional lanes with reliable miles, steady freight, and a predictable weekly schedule. All freight is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook.
PAY & COMPENSATION
Annual pay: $78,000•$83,000 Average weekly pay: $1,400•$1,500
CPM:
$0.65•$0.70 per mile Weekly mileage: ~ 2,500 miles
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
Weekly home time Regional routes only (CA, NV, AZ) Dedicated account with consistent freight and schedule Full-time position

Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks Assigned truck•no slip-seating Automatic transmission ELD-equipped and CARB compliant

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Ensure on-time deliveries on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
Valid CDL-A license Must be at least 21 years old Must live within 100 miles of Perris, CA Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Safe driving record and professional work history Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
