Job Description

Summary of Job Purpose The Parking Supervisor is a key component to enhancing our guests' experience at Dodge Ridge. Getting people in and parked well is a top priority for Dodge Ridge.

Responsible for leading the Parking personnel to ensure Guests are welcomed and parked in the best place possible. Job Duties and Responsibilities This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities of and the qualifications for the position. This involves courteously interacting with guests and being able to answer questions professionally.

Oversee and train Parking Attendants and other parking employees on how to work safely and effectively.

Serve as an example and challenge Parking employees to maintain the highest professional standardsBe in good physical condition, as this position requires standing outside for long periods of time in inclement weather.

Ability to accurately follow directions.

Be aware of the ski area services, terrain and facilities. Ability to shovel heavy loads of snow. Be well groomed and present a good public image.

Must posses a valid driver's license and meet the Motor Vehicle Record qualifications as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.

Possess the ability to read, speak, and to write English legibly.

Be punctual, honest, trustworthy and possess good judgment Job Qualifications Be able to set schedules and manage others well.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Be detail orientated.

Hold themselves and others to a high standard that matches the standard set by Dodge RidgeBe well groomed and present a good public image.

Possess the ability to read, speak, and to write English legibly.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the Motor Vehicle Record qualifications as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.

Be able to lift heavy and awkward items (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to walk on uneven ground. Job Attitudes Provide a positive and helpful attitude towards all our guests and all Dodge Ridge employees.

Model and encourage these attitudes to the people they will be managing. Work Schedules Weather conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work scheduling of Dodge Ridge employees. When conditions are normal, you may be expected to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. During busy periods, you may be expected to work six (6) days a week. You must arrange for transportation to work so that you arrive at your designated workstation at the scheduled time. Keep in mind that you will often be required to drive on hilly, snowpacked, and icy road surfaces. Working Conditions At any time during the season, Dodge Ridge employees must often perform their tasks in variable weather conditions; high winds, rain, snow, and extremely warm temperatures.
