This position offers competitive percentage-based pay, weekly home time, automatic sleeper trucks, comprehensive benefits, and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Drivers haul regional freight throughout the Southwest while enjoying weekends at home. Most loads are drop-and-hook, allowing drivers to maximize miles and minimize downtime, with occasional live load and unload deliveries. Regional drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,400 per week while operating newer automatic sleeper trucks equipped with Samsara ELD technology and advanced safety systems. California Arizona Nevada Duties Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on regional routes. Haul freight throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Complete primarily drop-and-hook deliveries with occasional live load and unload stops. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs using Samsara ELD. Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer personnel. Deliver freight safely and on schedule. Report equipment concerns and maintenance issues promptly. Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
