In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles of all types, ensuring prompt and professional service for our customers. Your mechanical aptitude, driving expertise, and customer service skills will drive your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover and transport vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy-duty machinery. Secure loads properly using cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Conduct safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow setups, adhering to all safety standards. Assist customers courteously by providing clear communication about services, estimated times, and procedures. Follow traffic laws and regulations diligently while driving commercial trucks or vehicles with manual transmissions. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports for record-keeping purposes. Experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving is preferred. Familiarity with flatbed tow trucks, vehicle recovery towing, and safe vehicle loading techniques. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols to ensure safe transportation of vehicles. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
