Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Class A driving experience and a strong commitment to customer service and safe driving practices. This position offers local delivery routes , allowing drivers to be home daily, with overtime opportunities available . Duties Complete local delivery routes efficiently and professionally. Use GPS navigation to plan efficient delivery routes while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with FMCSA regulations. Load, secure, and unload freight using proper manual handling techniques. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or issues encountered during transit. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently; experience with truck loading/unloading is preferred. Strong understanding of GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments. Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
