The Opportunity We are looking for a Driver who is safety-focused, dependable, and customer-service oriented to safely and efficiently complete scheduled donation pickups, deliveries, and transportation routes throughout the Central Coast. This is an opportunity to work independently, serve the community, and help support Goodwill's mission by turning donated goods into opportunities for others. What You'll Bring Valid California Class C driver's license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year of truck driving experience or equivalent experience preferred Ability to communicate in basic oral and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and transport donated materials Ability to read maps, follow routes, and complete required paperwork What You'll Do Complete scheduled donation pickups, store deliveries, and transportation routes safely and on time Load, unload, secure, and transport donated goods using proper material handling techniques Complete vehicle inspection reports, trip sheets, manifests, pickup logs, and related paperwork Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies and highway regulations Communicate professionally with donors, store personnel, and donation attendants Assist with truck cleaning and general transportation department operations Provide guidance and work direction to driver trainees when assigned Ready to Work for Good?
