Equipment, Logistics & Operations Assigned Fleet:
Take command of your own assigned Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia from your first day.
Zero Slip-Seating:
No shared equipment, no truck swapping, and no fleet rotations.
Cargo Specifications:
Exclusively dry van logistics—absolutely no flatbed work, no hazmat materials, and no heavy specialized cargo.
No-Touch Freight:
All customer shipments are pre-staged, meaning drivers never handle or touch the load.
Load Operations:
The workflow consists primarily of drop-and-hook assignments, with occasional scheduled live stop appointments.
Work Schedules & Home Time Commitments Confined Geography:
Operations are restricted strictly to regional corridors, completely eliminating cross-country or coast-to-coast dispatches.
Weekly Routine:
Your 34-hour restart period is integrated into every single weekly cycle to ensure you return home regularly.

Paid Mentorship & Training Phase Experience Requirements:
This position welcomes Class A license holders at any point in their driving career.

A motor vehicle record (MVR) showing a maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 36 months. No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DUI/DWI) within the last 3 years.
