  • Non-Exempt / Hourly Position Overview Therma is seeking a commercial A-class driver with a great attitude to operate all types of commercial trucks, including tractor trailers.
This person must have a good driving record and safety record behind the wheel of commercial trucks. Key Responsibilities Delivering and picking up material from all shop locations and jobsites. Maintaining a safe and clean driving record while accomplishing tasks and deliveries. Making sure to keep his or her equipment clean and in safe working condition. Performing and filling out daily inspection sheets and mileage/fuel reports. Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Must have 3 years' driving experience behind the wheel of a commercial truck. Must have an updated DOT 2-year medical card and be physically able to perform his or her daily requirements. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused. Must be able to use a company phone for communication purposes. Safety Requirements Must follow direction and safety protocol on all jobsites and shop locations. Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel toe leather boots). Comfortable driving on construction sites with materials laying around in tight areas. Abiding by all posted highway signs and commercial truck regulations. Physical Requirements Ability to climb on and off trucks and trailers. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Able to work during inclement weather and temperature-changing conditions all year, including changing jobsite conditions that are weather related.
Compensation Hourly range:
