As our Tow Driver, you'll transport vehicles, ensure safety and efficiency while loading and unloading, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to safely and efficiently recover and transport vehicles. Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or manual methods, ensuring secure handling at all times. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition prior to towing or repair. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally. Perform routine mechanical inspections and minor automotive repairs as needed, drawing on mechanical knowledge and mechanic experience. Manage conflict situations effectively by remaining calm, professional, and solution-oriented during challenging interactions. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports in compliance with company policies. Skills Strong driving skills with experience operating commercial vehicles and tow trucks in various conditions Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs Hands-on experience with manual transmissions and automotive repair tools Familiarity with flatbed towing techniques and equipment handling Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Conflict management skills to handle customer concerns or disputes diplomatically Experience operating forklifts or other lifting equipment is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Requirements Must have a valid Class C driver's license. Require at least 3 years of professional towing experience. Must have a strong safety record and attention to detail. Proven ability to safely secure and transport luxury and high-performance vehicles. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
