Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver / Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of medium sized dump trucks safely and efficiently, while also assisting with roof removal, demolition and general labor tasks on-site. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help ensure smooth transition into our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with hands-on physical work, contributing directly to project success and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate a variety of trucks including roll-off dump trucks and fixed dump trucks, with skill and precision Safely transport materials to designated dump locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Assist with site preparation, roof removal, demolition, cleanup, and other labor tasks that require some heavy lifting and manual effort Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, prior to driving each vehicle and report any issues promptly Support team members in setting up equipment or staging tools and materials for construction projects Maintain accurate records of hours worked / Timecard Requirements Proven experience in driving, delivery, or related roles involving vehicle operation Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record; Class C is acceptable Some Mechanical knowledge of trucks including roll-off & dump trucks Physical capability for lifting, manual labor, climbing a ladder for roof work, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with weight load & unload procedures for dump trucks Strong safety awareness and commitment to following all safety protocols and regulations Join us if you're ready to bring your driving skills and physical strength into a rewarding environment where every day presents new challenges!
