Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery purposes. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Execute delivery routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products promptly and professionally, addressing client questions or concerns when needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route logs, and vehicle inspections using mobile devices or other digital tools. Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks involving heavy or bulky items. Assist with warehouse operations when required, including moving inventory and supporting warehouse staff with material handling equipment operation. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience or commercial driving background. Familiarity with operating box trucks, vans, or commercial trucks with manual transmissions. Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, and heavy lifting techniques. Understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety protocols related to commercial driving. Proven ability to manage load & unload tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
