In this role, you will operate various trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to deliver goods efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your expertise in commercial driving, vehicle operation, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics operations, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence. All work is local. Duties Safely operate commercial tractor with trailers, single,doubles triples. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring secure handling of materials. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Drive in compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation of goods. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with doubles endorsements. Proven minimum 3 years experience as a commercial driver. No violations or accidents. Strong mechanical knowledge for vehicle pre and post inspections. Ability to build sets ,perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes. Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Must be flexible to work nights.
