Job Description
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Roadside Assistance Technicians . As the face of AAA, you will help stranded motorists get back on the road, providing peace of mind when they need it most. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Respond to AAA member calls for roadside assistance in a company-provided vehicle Provide light-duty towing services, and other mechanical help Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and care Keep accurate service records and follow company safety protocols Represent AAA with pride and integrity on the road What We're Looking For Clean driving record (required) Sociable and outgoing personality
