Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road. Currently, we are hiring for a full-time year round Class A Route Driver position. Local routes in Central Valley and Bay Area operating tractor/flatbed/forklift combination. Driver home daily. Work schedule is Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate tractor/trailer/forklift combination to load and transport material in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and security. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills.

Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks as needed. Ability to read, write, and understand English in accordance with FMCSA regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
