Whether you recently earned your CDL or are looking for your first OTR opportunity, this position offers the chance to gain experience while running consistent miles across the country.

PAY & EARNINGS

Starting pay ranges from $0.50 to $0.80 CPM depending on experience and account Average weekly income: $1,300

• $1,500 Drivers average between 2,500
• 3,000 miles weekly $300 paid orientation bonus after successful completion Weekly direct deposit every Friday Average annual earnings: $73,000
• $85,000 HOME

TIME & SCHEDULE

Home every 2 weeks on a regular schedule Day and night shift availability Weekend availability required Holiday time-off requests can be coordinated in advance Loads and routes are planned ahead to keep drivers moving consistently

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2024 and newer) Automatic transmission fleet No-touch freight

• drivers focus on driving, not unloading Consistent freight available throughout the year

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT regulations Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork Ensure freight is properly secured before departure Maintain professional communication with dispatch throughout trips

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Class A CDL required Recent CDL graduates encouraged to apply Must be at least 21 years old No special endorsements needed Must meet DOT drug screen and physical requirements Clear FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse record Safe and responsible driving history preferred
