Downhole Services Wireline Engineer

Please apply on our website at https://gowireline.com/Careers Overview A Wireline Engineer proficient in Warrior, Logging, and pipe recovery. The Engineer will lead, train, and direct all crew members both in the field and in the shop under the supervision of the Operations Managers to accomplish the work in a safe and efficient manner following all company rules, guidelines, and SOP's. An Engineer will play an active role in training Lead Operator and JFEs. Duties Has or prepares to obtain a Class A or B CDL with HazMat Comply with ATF, DOT, OSHA, and PHMSA regulations. Direct crew members and assists with keeping the shop and jobsite clean and organized Responsible for ensuring trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and kept in ready-to-use condition before, during, and after a job Complete pre-trip inspections and utilize KPA reports for anything in need of repair Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with other crews and cross shifts Maintain the highest level of service quality, oversee and insist upon completing double checks Assist and direct the crew during Rig Up / Rig Down Obey traffic laws and drive in a safe manner while being courteous to other drivers Complete tasks as assigned by Management whether in the field or shop Train Lead Operators on truck operation and job site administrative duties Work towards personal and professional growth Participate in efficiency audits, identify, communicate, and implement improvements in the workflow Offer constructive solutions for any problems or issues encountered
