Compensation & Premier Benefits Pay Range:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience). 40+ hrs per week. Year round work.

Overtime:

Very frequent opportunities for time-and-a-half pay.

Key Responsibilities Route Operations:

Safely operate a medium-duty company service vehicle to transport and service portable restrooms in and around Crested Butte, Gunnison, and Lake City.

Physical Handling:

Load and unload units efficiently and securely.

Sanitation Excellence:

Follow a scheduled route to pump waste, thoroughly clean units, and replenish supplies.

Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance checks on units and conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate service records using provided smartphone technology/GPS.

Customer Service:

Provide professional and courteous service to all clients in the field.

Required Qualifications Licensing:

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Driving Record:

A clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.

Requirements:

Ability and willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and consent to a background check. Criminal record does not disqualify candidates.

Physical Ability:

Must be physically able to lift and maneuver portable restrooms (up to 50+ lbs) and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions safely and efficiently.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone applications.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a driving or service role; is a major plus. Experience in wastewater services or cleaning services.
