As a captain of your team, you'll lead deliveries, troubleshoot on-site issues, and create positive experiences for our valued customers. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances to customer locations, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws Lead installation of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and other household equipment Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install appliances according to schematics and manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration issues that arise during installation or delivery Read and interpret technical diagrams such as schematics and wiring diagrams for proper setup Communicate clearly with customers to explain appliance features, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and documentation of work performed Assist with loading/unloading appliances from trucks using ladder use and proper lifting techniques Requirements Prior experience with appliance repair, installation, or maintenance is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex issues Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; company vehicle operation experience preferred but not required Basic plumbing skills for connecting water lines or drainage systems when installing appliances Knowledge of refrigeration systems is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering excellence—where your skills make a difference every day!
