Schedule:

Monday through Friday, starting at 10:45 AM. Routes generally complete in 8 hours.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $22/hour during training Performance pay: Earn up to $28/hour based on efficiency and quality Monthly bonuses available Paid training

What You'll Do:

Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently Clean residential trash cans using company equipment and procedures Provide friendly, professional service to customers Complete Pre and Post Route Checklists and vehicle inspections Communicate with office staff via mobile app throughout your shift

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years) Must pass background check and DOT drug screening Minimum age 25 years Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work independently Reliable attendance
