  • Is looking for a Driver/Pet Waste removal specialist. It's not as bad as you may think. A third of your time is spent driving and the other picking up waste with a pet spade and bin. Seldom do you have to pick up the waste by a gloved hand. This is a very physical job
  • walking, raking, and lifting.

Job Requirements:
MUST LOVE DOGS.
Valid Driver's license for over 3 years and good driving record
  • No DUIs, No DWI, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • no more than 6 points against your license. Able to drive a stick shift is a plus Reliable transportation to Windsor
  • You will be using our trucks and equipment. Professional appearance and hygiene
  • Company uniform provided (you need to provide khaki work pants and shoes) Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly
  • Able to lift and dump 55 lbs trash can at end of day Position requires walking in yards and through landscaping
  • average 4-7 miles a day Able to speak, read and follow directions in English
  • some note writing is needed Personable and able to provide superior customer service
Compensation:
$20 an hour When moved to dedicated route, compensation is a percentage of the production completed. Our yard techs average over $50,000 a year. The normal route has 26-32 stops a day. Current employees average 3.5-4.5 stops an hour for the day making $20+ an hour. plus a 5% quality bonus. Additional work is available some days and on weekends, paid at $23 an hour All non-revenue producing activities, like new customer setups, are paid at an hourly rate. Work Hours
  • some flexibility in start and stop time is possible. M-F 7:30am start,
  • end when the route is done or the team is wrapping up. (most days prior to 4:00pm in summer
  • Sunset in winter 4:30pm) new setups can run to sunset if elected to do during the week.
Some weekend work may be required during holiday weeks and in the spring as we set up new customers. This is a great job for someone who likes to work on their own and has a good work ethic. There is little to no stress and little interaction with customers. Only about 20% of the homes have pets outside, but the ones that do will give you time to play and get doggie kisses. While we do not offer health benefits, we do offer a great place to work and feel valued. If your number of hours in a year qualifies you, there is a 401k and PTO after 1 yr.
