This role also supports resident engagement by assisting with mobility and ensuring a comfortable, respectful experience during all transport. What You'll Do Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and events Assist residents in and out of the vehicle with care and attentiveness Build relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interaction Ensure all transportation follows state laws and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the community vehicle Collaborate with Life Enrichment and care teams to support resident activities Participate in training, meetings, and team initiatives What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with Passenger (P) Endorsement

REQUIRED

Clean driving record (required) Prior experience in assisted living, senior care, or customer service preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Ability to assist residents with mobility (including light physical support) Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
