This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, works hard, and takes pride in doing clean, professional work. Our workload is growing quickly, so we need people who can help us keep up with demand while delivering great service to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lawn mowing and weed whacking Hedge trimming and general landscape maintenance Spring and fall cleanups Property cleanup and exterior maintenance tasks Junk Removal labor and disposal Snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter weather events Loading, unloading, and handling equipment safely Driving to and between job sites Completing work efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Hardworking with a strong work ethic Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and prolonged walking/standing Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Valid driver's license required Experience with lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, or property maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule:

Schedule will vary based on season and workload. Lawn and landscape work is generally daytime weekday work, while snow removal may require early mornings, nights, weekends, and storm response.
