We're seeking experienced, dependable individuals to oversee moving crews and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend your day managing people, solving problems, and ensuring every move is completed safely and professionally. Based out of our West Hartford, Connecticut location, this position offers year-round opportunities for motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, leadership responsibilities, and a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Your Role As a Lead Driver & Crew Leader , you'll be responsible for guiding your team from the moment the truck leaves our facility until the job is successfully completed.

Responsibilities include:
