As a Lead Driver & Crew Leader, you'll serve as the face of the company on move day—leading crews, coordinating job-site activities, and helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Safely operate non-CDL moving trucks Lead residential and commercial moving crews Load, unload, protect, and transport customer belongings Keep crews organized, productive, and focused throughout the day Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Create a positive experience for both customers and crew members Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and accountability

REQUIREMENTS
