SummaryResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure that the offal area and its components are in safe operating order at all times and are in compliance with company and other applicable regulations.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports Allen Harims mission, vision and valuesDrive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offalMaintain operations of equipment in offal to meet the production plant requirements Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of work shiftClean and sanitize inside and out of offal to maintain clean and safe work environmentLoad offal and feather trailers properly Wash tumblers that separate meat from waterMust have a valid drivers licenseAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
