This position is for a professional driver who is comfortable running long-distance interstate routes throughout the United States and has solid flatbed experience. Compensation Potential to earn $3,000+ per week Pay options may include $0.75 per mile or 30-33% of gross, depending on experience and arrangement Consistent miles and loads Competitive earning potential for experienced drivers Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Minimum 2 years of flatbed experience preferred Clean or acceptable driving record Experience with proper load securement Knowledge of chains, binders, straps, tarps, and flatbed equipment Able to safely handle interstate OTR operations Must comply with DOT and FMCSA safety requirements Reliable, professional, and responsible Good communication with dispatch Responsibilities Transport flatbed freight safely across multiple states Properly secure and inspect all loads before transportation Use chains, binders, straps, tarps, and other securement equipment as required Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD/logbook records Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and load status Maintain bills of lading, PODs, scale tickets, and other required paperwork Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Maintain professional communication with brokers, shippers, and receivers Schedule This is an OTR position. Drivers should be comfortable staying on the road and traveling throughout multiple states. Home-time arrangements can be discussed during the interview.
