Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience with trucks and trailers, including manual transmission. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and timely delivery of freight. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers. No touch freight. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made. Follow designated delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during transport. Ensure the secure transportation of goods to prevent damage during transit. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in truck driving with a focus on delivery driver experience preferred. Strong understanding of route driving practices and navigation skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Commitment to safety protocols and regulations in commercial driving.
