Job Description

Our regional steel division is expanding. We are currently searching for Class A professionals who specialize in flatbed logistics to manage the regional transport of steel pipe and flat steel. This role is designed for drivers who prioritize a percentage-based revenue model and a dedicated schedule that guarantees home time every weekend.
Economic Advantage Compensation Basis:
Drivers receive 27% of the total linehaul revenue.
Weekly Revenue Average:
Typical gross pay ranges between $1,500 and $2,000.
Non-Taxed Allowance:
$300 weekly per diem to maximize your net earnings.
Extra Service Pay:
$40 per tarp, $16 hourly detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for 24-hour layover periods.
Fleet & Equipment Specs Tractor Class:
Premium late-model automatics, including Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia.
On-Road Support:
Fully equipped 2022 and newer models.
Support Policies:
Pet and Rider programs are fully authorized from your first day of work.
Road Expectations Home Time Policy:
Reliable weekends at home with consistent regional routing.
Productivity:
Average of 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week.
Cargo Profile:
Regional hauling of steel pipe and flat steel.
Tarping Frequency:
Expected on approximately 40-50% of all assigned loads.

Professional Criteria Experience Level:
At least 12 months of verifiable flatbed hauling within the last 5 years.

Securement Mastery:
Proficiency in the use of chains, straps, binders, and tarps.
Safety Mandates:
Minimum age of 22; no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
Compliance:
No Clearinghouse violations and successful completion of a urine drug test.
