This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized trucks such as dump trucks and roll-off trucks. As a CDL-A Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions across regional or local routes Load and unload freight using forklifts or other equipment when necessary Deliver goods to various destinations while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel usage Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Handle freight securely on refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks like dump or roll-off trucks Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes Experience Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record Proven truck driving experience with a focus on freight delivery in various trailer types (refrigerated, flatbed, tanker) Familiarity with manual transmission operation preferred Experience loading and unloading freight using forklifts or similar equipment Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and vehicle maintenance Prior experience with route driving, load securing, and managing delivery schedules is highly desirable Join us today to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in transportation!
