We are a small, family-run dump truck operation in [city], Florida, hauling for local construction and general contractors. We're looking for one reliable, experienced driver to be our sole driver.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Early morning starts (typical dump truck hours — be ready to roll at [6:00 / 6:30] AM) Home every night.

Pay:

30% of daily gross revenue, paid weekly Based on current job flow, this averages $1,200 - $1,500 per week Paid as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes) What we need from you: Valid CDL Class [A / B] license Clean driving record — no DUIs, no major accidents or serious moving violations in the last 3 years Comfortable operating an 8-speed manual transmission On time, every day — reliability is the #1 thing we're hiring for Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable way to get to the truck each morning Nice to have: Prior dump truck experience specifically Bilingual English/Spanish We had some recent turnover and are looking for someone who wants to stick around long-term.
