Hours:

50-55 hours per week Waste Connections is currently hiring safetyconscious RollOff Drivers to join our Pasco East team. This is a local, homedaily position offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and longterm stability with a company that puts safety and people first. Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a RollOff Truck on assigned routes to collect and transport solid waste Read route sheets and service customers as assigned by dispatch Deliver and remove rolloff containers (10-40 yard bins, including compactors) Operate hydraulic controls to load and unload containers Perform routine pretrip and posttrip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment) Complete landfill and disposal site dumps safely and efficiently Interact courteously and professionally with customers Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Physically demanding role requiring lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ lbs Exposure to outside weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, fumes, and vibration Work around moving mechanical parts and active job sites while following all safety protocols Noise levels are typically moderate Minimum Requirements Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience Basic mechanical knowledge to complete vehicle inspections Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic Waste or rolloff experience preferred, but not required What We Offer $25+/hour + overtime Stable, yearround work Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance & LongTerm Disability Paid holidays and time off Growth opportunities within Waste Connections Apply today and connect with your future!
