Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Flat Bed CDL Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating tractor-trailers with flatbed configurations, delivering freight across various routes while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, including route driving and load & unload responsibilities, with proficiency in handling different types of trailers such as refrigerated, tanker, dump truck, and roll-off trucks. This position offers the opportunity to work with a professional team dedicated to timely and secure deliveries. Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles, including refrigerated trailers, tanker trucks, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Secure cargo properly on flatbeds to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Plan routes effectively for timely deliveries across assigned territories. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes. Assist with forklift operation when necessary for loading or unloading cargo. Qualifications Valid CDL license with a clean driving record. Experience driving tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks preferred. Proficiency in manual transmission driving is a plus. Delivery driver experience is highly desirable, especially route driving and freight handling. Ability to load & unload freight safely and efficiently. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial vehicles. Experience operating forklifts is a bonus but not required. Strong attention to safety, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent time management skills. Pay:
$2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per week
