With a team of more than 75 employees and team members, we are continuing to grow and are currently hiring experienced residential cleaning professionals to join our team. Our residential teams service homes throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, primarily from Fort Lauderdale to Lake Worth.

Position:

Driver / Residential Cleaning Team Lead The Driver is an active member and leader of a two-person residential cleaning team. This is not a driving-only position. The Driver is responsible for driving the team between scheduled properties, leading the team, and performing residential cleaning alongside her team partner. Responsibilities Drive the cleaning team between scheduled residential properties Lead and organize a two-person cleaning team Perform residential cleaning alongside your team partner Follow iClean cleaning procedures and quality standards Help ensure each cleaning is completed efficiently and according to company standards Maintain organization of cleaning products and equipment Properly use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate professionally with the office, clients, and team members Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Schedule This is a Full-Time position .
