Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Driver to join our transportation team. Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial motor vehicles with a Class A CDL to transport goods safely and efficiently Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance Follow all federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation and safety standards Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel efficiency Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues Ensure proper loading and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe working environment

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record Proven experience as a CDL A driver, preferably in freight or logistics Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards Excellent driving skills and attention to detail Ability to operate and maintain various types of commercial vehicles Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to load, unload, and secure cargo as needed
