Looking for CDL Class A drivers to pull 53ft reefers over the road. If you thrive on independence, enjoy route driving, and are passionate about delivering excellent service, this position is your next career move! Minimum 2 years of experience required, good MVR, good attitude and good communication. We run Midwest, South and North East. We don't go WEST of I25. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, reefer trailers, to transport freight to designated locations. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Ensuring proper handling and securing of freight. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries while adjusting for weather or traffic conditions Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and inspection reports in accordance with federal regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and any issues that may arise. Skills Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required; additional endorsements are a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, dispatchers and team members. Experience with refrigerated trailers. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to DOT regulations Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and delivery documentation •

Company Driver Offer:

$2000 weekly guaranteed flat pay or $0.75CPM (all miles are paid loaded and empty) Direct deposit every Friday with 1099 Free rider and pets policy Referral & Safety bonuses 24/7 dispatch support, No forced dispatch No touch Freight Covered transportation costs - 1 day orientation •

Lease Purchase Offer:

Drivers earn 75% from the gross and only pay for Truck Payment, Fuel and Tolls. Truck payments range from $500 to $1000, depends on the year and mileage. No Money Down or Credit History Check. No additional mileage penalties & no additional interest rate. No balloon payments. No forced dispatch. Average $2000- $7000 weekly after all expenses have been deducted from settlements.
