Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver (Non-CDL) / Property Maintenance & Cleanup Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive our company truck on regular routes between multiple properties to inspect, clean, and remove unauthorized items, debris, and waste from around dumpsters and common areas. Your work keeps our properties clean, safe, and compliant while protecting curb appeal and preventing issues like illegal dumping or pest attraction. This active, hands-on position combines local driving with physical outdoor work. Responsibilities Safely operate company box trucks or similar vehicles to travel between assigned properties on daily routes, strictly following all traffic laws and applicable DOT regulations Inspect dumpsters, surrounding areas, and property grounds for unauthorized items, excessive trash, illegal dumping, bulky waste, or anything that does not belong Safely load, secure, transport, and dispose of removed items and debris using proper manual handling techniques and equipment (such as dollies, pallet jacks, or hand trucks) when needed Maintain accurate daily logs of property visits, items removed, and any issues observed, using mobile devices or company systems Ensure all waste and debris are disposed of properly in accordance with local regulations, recycling guidelines, and company policies Communicate professionally and courteously with property managers, maintenance staff, or residents when encountered during routes Follow safe lifting practices and OSHA guidelines to minimize risk of injury when handling heavy, bulky, or awkward items Identify and promptly report any safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or recurring dumping issues observed while on property routes Support overall property upkeep by keeping dumpster areas and immediate surroundings clear and presentable Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, junk removal, waste hauling, property maintenance, or similar roles that combine local driving with physical labor Strong physical stamina and demonstrated ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky items while following proper OSHA weight-handling and safety standards Familiarity with safe operation of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or hand trucks Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safe driving practices for commercial or box trucks Attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly inspect areas, document findings, and work independently on assigned routes Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while covering multiple properties each day Basic understanding of proper waste disposal, recycling, and environmental best practices is a plus Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with property staff or residents when needed Join our team if you're energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained.
